Last weekend, more than 40 teachers and staff from across the Red Kite Learning Trust laced up their walking boots and took on 20 miles together — from Harrogate to Leeds — all in support of students who need a little extra help.

They walked to raise funds for the Red Kite Learning Foundation, which supports children with essentials many take for granted: school uniforms, books, tech, breakfast, and more.

“We teach every day — but this walk was about doing something extra for the kids who need it most.”

Together, they’ve already raised over £12,000 — enough to support dozens of families across the Trust’s schools. Every mile walked means more opportunity for someone else.
